Salary: $2,800.00-$3,500.00 per month

Job Description:

  • Oversee various types of projects from start to completion
  • Manage project planning, budgeting/cost management, administration including all necessary submissions and assessments, resources identification, deployment and control
  • Manage and monitor projects’ progress to ensure timely completion of work
  • Maintain strict adherence to budget guidelines
  • Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards
  • Attending meetings and coordinate with multiple parties, not limiting to government authorities, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, owners etc
     

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent (recognized by BCA / PEB)
  • Min 4 years project management and costing experience in the local construction industry in the similar scope mentioned under “Job Description”
  • Independent (able to work without any supervision), has initiative, excellent leadership with good communication skills and a problem-solver
  • Willingness to work and grow with a small company
  • Long term commitment
  • Resume to include a recent photo, all past drawn salary and reasons for leaving all employment
