Salary: $2,200.00 – $3,200.00 per month
Job Description:
- Handling full set of accounts using the accounting system
- Perform day to day accounting operations, invoicing, AP & AR function, facility payment, and Quarterly GST submission
- Prepare year-end closing and handles audit queries
- Timely preparation and submitting the financial report to Management
- Month-end to prepare and email statement of accounts to customers, follow-up on outstanding debts
- In charge of HR functions such as payrolls and staff leave records, work pass application
- Handle any secretarial or admin-related duties, such as drafting letters, purchasing stationery, pantry supplies. etc
Job Requirements:
- Min. A level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 years relevant experience in accounting
- Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards
- Proficient with MS Office application
- Able to use EZ accounting software
- Being responsible, meticulous, organized, and can work independently
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of records and data
- Able to start immediately
