Salary: $2,200.00 – $3,200.00 per month

Job Description:

  • Handling full set of accounts using the accounting system
  • Perform day to day accounting operations, invoicing, AP & AR function, facility payment, and Quarterly GST submission
  • Prepare year-end closing and handles audit queries
  • Timely preparation and submitting the financial report to Management
  • Month-end to prepare and email statement of accounts to customers, follow-up on outstanding debts
  • In charge of HR functions such as payrolls and staff leave records, work pass application
  • Handle any secretarial or admin-related duties, such as drafting letters, purchasing stationery, pantry supplies. etc

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min. A level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in accounting
  • Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards
  • Proficient with MS Office application
  • Able to use EZ accounting software
  • Being responsible, meticulous, organized, and can work independently
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of records and data
  • Able to start immediately
